Carol Rose Offutt, M.B.A., is married, the mother of two adult children, a former college instructor, a member of the 92nd USAAF-USAF Memorial Association and The Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum. Her book is not only a tribute to her parents but a tribute to all who served and are serving this marvelous country.
